Its not the master airscrew props, the voom, voom, voom noise when flying full tilt or in windy conditions is a known issue with the Mini 4 Pro's that DJI doesn't seem to be able to fix. I was pondering if it was my stock props, so your statement about the Mini 4 exhiiting this flight characteristic with the master airscrew props just saved me from changing my props for no reason :)

Sound like the org props gets really quiet from around 50-60 feet and the new props from 40-50 feet. besides that, no difference.

What speed are you on the Atom...Maybe it needs to be in medium speed. I did mine on my eBike and it worked good. I have a video doing it. Or it could be your clothing maybe wear orange or yellow colors...It looks like your in early morning or evening where the sun is low...IDK...

It has a really good tracking ability. You definitely need to invest in one of those mounts for your e-scooter so you can mount the controller in it and be hands free. Great demo though. 👍🏻

Is this raw footage or edited? I just got mine and trying to figure out how to get the best results from the camera

I guess the main problem is you didn't use a proper controlled microphone output, because as soon as you started talking the prop volume went quieter due to the automatic volume reduction level control you had in your recording device. If you are continuing to make tests like this, you really need to use a professional Decibel or Sound Level Meter, as other noise-testing video-makers are using.
